TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Both parents (if applicable) must attend the photography session and design appointment for any offers or gift vouchers to be valid.
2. Any offers or specials are for a FULL family group portrait session. Please note: All images and products included in the offer/special must also be a full family portrait and all of the same portrait.
3. Session must be booked prior to expiry date written on gift certificate and undertaken within 3 months.
4. Only one gift certificate per family, per year may be used.
5. Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offer not transferable.
6. Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.
7. At least 48 hours is required if you need to change your appointment for either your photography session or design appointment. Failure to do so may result in loss of any special offers or promotions.
8. Any gifts or special promotions are only redeemable at your first design appointment.
9. You understand that all care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the photography by Volare Photography, but that any liability is limited to monies paid, should computer failure, accident or any other mishap occur that prevents fulfillment of this undertaking.
10. You understand that you are totally responsible for yourselves and the safety and well being of any children.
11. All clients must go through a photography session planning stage with your photographer 1-3 days prior to your photography session or your session will be cancelled.
12. Design appointment is to be completed within 4 weeks from your photography session to redeem your gift certificate.
13. All ordered images are permanently backed up and stored. Volare Photography have the right to delete all other images 3 months after the collection of your artwork.
14. Digital files included will be of all ordered images at resolution ordered, fully retouched and cropped as per your order. Any other requirements will be charged at $50 per image.
15. Slideshow presented at design appointment will be delivered to client as shown on the day and may contain images without retouching. No further editing of images in slideshow will be carried out. Any other special requirements will be charged at $50 per image. Slideshow music will be replaced with a suitable non-licenced audio track.
16. For All Competitions: There is a $50 FULLY REFUNDABLE booking fee. The $50 will be refunded or credited toward your order on the day of your design appointment. The deposit is not refunded if you give us less than 3 days notice of cancellation of your photo session. This covers the loss of the appointment session.
17. All family promotions are not for commercial use.
18. We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.
